Because how you move matters just as much as how much you exercise.
Specialist Equipment. Personalised Exercise.
Our Parkinson’s Guided Exercise programme combines individual strength and balance training with specialist equipment designed to challenge movement, coordination and reaction time.Using our Coordinated Therapy Device, interactive reaction-training systems and targeted walking exercises, we create programmes that go beyond traditional gym-based exercise.Every activity is selected to suit your individual abilities and goals, helping you work towards greater confidence and independence in everyday life.
Focusing on the Movements That Matter in Everyday Life
Living with Parkinson’s can make everyday movements challenging and we understand that these difficulties go far beyond simply feeling less fit.Walking & TurningShorter steps, slower walking, difficulty changing direction and navigating obstacles.Freezing & HesitationDifficulty initiating movement or experiencing moments when your feet seem stuck to the floor.Balance & CoordinationChanges in stability, reaction time and confidence when moving around.Stiffness & MobilityRestricted movement, difficulty getting out of a chair and challenges with everyday activities.Through individually tailored exercises, we work on walking patterns, turning, balance, coordination, reaction time and functional strength.Everyone experiences Parkinson’s differently. That’s why every programme we create is individual.

Our guided sessions take place in a quiet, dedicated exercise studio, away from the distractions of the main gym. With normally just four people exercising at a time, you’ll have the space, reassurance and individual attention to work through your programme at your own pace.
